Antioxidants

Antioxidants are substances that can slow or prevent the oxidation process, and they are crucial for the food preservation process. Knowing whether a product contains additional antioxidants can significantly enhance its value. We test for commonly used antioxidants in the food industry, such as:
- Dibutyl Hydroxytoluene (BHT)
- Butyl Hydroxyanisole (BHA)
- Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone (TBHQ)
